Administration

The administration of the Freehold Borough Police Department is very proactive in dealing with the myriad of challenges that face a modern day police department.

Pictured above is an actual monthly staff meeting of the Freehold Borough administration and line supervisors.  We hold these meetings each month to discuss everything from personnel issues to complaints of speeding.  We talk about new ideas to improve the agency, and everyone is expected to bring something to the table.  

These meetings are attended by all administrators, patrol squad sergeants, detective sergeants and even patrol officers serving as squad leaders.  Assignments are meted out, problems are discussed, and compliments given.  The tone of these meetings is very positive, and everyone looks forward to them each month.  

Our administration is run more like that of a Fortune 500 company than that of a medium sized police department.  And, while we have accomplished a great deal as a team so far, the best is yet to come.
